研究领域

本课题组致力于解析唐氏综合征和阿尔茨海默病这两类重要的认知障碍疾病的共患病机制和潜在药物靶点,近期在CellNature Neuroscience, Nature MedicineJournal of Clinical InvestigationScience AdvancesNational Science ReviewMolecular PsychiatryPLOS Biology等国际学术期刊上发表系列研究论文系统解析了这类疾病分子机制与治疗靶点课题组利用基因修饰、电生理、药理学、多组学分析等相关技术,以临床样本和疾病动物模型为研究对象,深入阐明认知障碍疾病的分子机制,为临床诊断和靶向药物的开发提供模型和理论依据。主要方向包括:

1. 免疫调节异常参与认知障碍疾病的分子机制

2. 蛋白转运和降解障碍导致认知障碍疾病的作用机制

3. 能量代谢障碍参与认知障碍疾病的分子机制;

4. 认知障碍疾病药物靶点的研究和小分子药物的筛选
