研究领域(200~300字介绍)

小胶质细胞(Microglia)是中枢神经系统(Central Nervous SystemCNS)内特有的免疫效应细胞,大约占成年脑细胞群的5%10%,占胶质细胞总数的10%20%。近年来小胶质细胞上特异性表达的多个基因TREM2CSF1R等均与神经退行性疾病的发生密切相关,本课题组旨在阐明这些基因在调控小胶质细胞功能中的作用,其异常参与AD等神经退行性疾病发病的分子机制,寻找这类疾病的预防和治疗策略。
